Ian joined Granicus in September 2019 to lead our combined UK business following the acquisition of Firmstep and has a track record of success in growth oriented technology businesses. Prior to Granicus, Ian has acquired over 25 years of experience in sales, operations and commercial management through senior leadership roles at leading technology companies including ebay, Computacenter, IBM & Dell.
Asim has been part of the organisation since 2017, originally responsible for London-based govService customers, and now leading the UK sales team. Asim is passionate about helping public sector organisations to embrace innovative digital solutions that allow them work more effectively, reach a larger audience and provide seamless experiences and services. Asim has worked in the public sector technology space for almost 20 years.
Ian has over 30 years’ experience in Product Management and Software Development delivering SaaS products into global markets. He joined Granicus in September 2019 to manage the UK product team on the govService platform. He is passionate about solving problems through innovative product and delivering strategic value to customers.
Mark, joined Granicus in 2014 and now heads up Pre-Sales where he assists clients with solutions delivered by the govService platform. Prior to Granicus, Mark worked within local government for over a decade where he led on the transformation of customer services through the incorporation of back office teams into a corporate contact centre. This included mapping and re-engineering services, automation, CRM integration to line of business systems, telephony integration, and channel shifting services from mediated to self-serve, helping driving efficiencies and delivering customer service improvements.
Karen Steel joined Granicus as customer success manager for the UK in March 2020 and brings with her a passion for communicating via the written word and enabling technology to transform the provision of public sector services. Karen was digital manager at Stoke-on-Trent City Council for over 8 years, where she was a govDelivery superuser. Prior to this, Karen worked as a local newspaper reporter and editor. She brings empathy and understanding of both Granicus’s clients and their end users as she helps them to get the most from our platforms.
Christina joined Granicus in January 2015 as the Head of Finance for their UK Operations. With over 10 years of qualified experience Christina has previously worked on a freelance basis providing financial and accounting support to small businesses, including her own, when she fulfilled a life-long dream of opening and running her own Indoor Cycling studio.
Reza joined Granicus in July 2020 to lead the UK Customer Support function. He has more than two decades of experience working in the IT industry where he has led multiple distributed teams providing operational, vendor and customer support. Reza is passionate about service excellence and enabling customers to maximize potential from their platforms. Reza has previously worked in the NHS, GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG, British Telecom among other managed service providers.
