Why We Love it Here
What struck me when I first joined was how supportive and friendly everyone was. We all want to see everyone do well in their respective roles. This shows in how much colleagues are willing to help each other and work collaboratively to common goals.
I’ve come from working 20 years in the public sector and I’ve found it an easy transition, although I’m now working for a private sector organisation I get to talk to lots of lovely public sector people offering help and advice and keeping up to date with what’s going on in digital communications. The UK team are a great bunch and made me feel at home really quickly. Oh… and free coffee - what more could you want?
People are treated as valuable individuals and their individual contributions are appreciated as a part of the success of the company as a whole. That’s my favourite thing about Granicus – the legitimately nice people who are respectful to and invested in one another.
